Every year my husband and I go on a couple of mini trips to see new places, eat amazing food and sleep a lot. This year our trips have been more based on photo shoots so for this trip to Colorado, I made sure to not overbook myself and to allow for a couple of relaxing days where all we do is eat and sleep. We had some amazing food this trip which I will list below.

Places to Eat in Colorado:

1. Rudy’s– Colorado Springs: Amazing BBQ food! We discovered this place in Texas and fell in love with their brisket.
2. Denver Biscuit Company– Denver: The best place we ate at by far! I love a great fried chicken sandwich!
3.  Los Chingones– Denver: Amazing fancy tacos. Also, their chips are out of this world!
4. Eureka Burger– Boulder: This place had one of my favorite turkey burgers to date. Their fries were also so yummy!
5. Le Pops– Boulder- Amazing popsicles. I had the watermelon mint one and I highly recommend it!
6. Little Man Ice Cream– Denver: Fun Ice cream flavors with lots of vegan options
7. High Point Company– Denver Market Place- I fell in love with the milk chocolate flavor and the cookies and cream one!
