2018 Goals

If you know me I love goals. I literally write yearly goals, monthly goals, weekly goals and daily goals out. If you think I am joking just ask my husband (he is so not a goals person but he does them once a year for me). I love goals because my dad always taught me that the most successful people in life know what they want and work hard to achieve it. If you do not know what you want in life its simple you will never achieve it. So visualize your goals, write them down and put them in a place you will see them every day that way you will achieve them. Did you know that only 8 percent of people achieve their goals each year? It is a sad but true statement and I believe it is mostly because of a couple things: not setting achievable goals (setting too crazy of goals for the year), not writing them down (so they forget) or not being motivated enough to reach it (not being able to put in the hard work). Last year was the first year I did a vision board. I got a corkboard and printed out my goals and put pictures by it. Every time I achieved a goal I would take it down and focus on the next one. Within 6 months I achieved 11 out of my 12 goals. It’s crazy what you can do if you put your mind to it and persevere. P.S. That last goal I never attained this year was buying a house so we will put that in the unattainable goal setting category for the year. All this being said is I encourage you to write down your goals, make a vision board and go after your dreams in 2018!!! Hope you enjoy reading our 2018 goals!
