I have always loved Occidental, California. We grew up going to Howards for brunch for birthday celebrations and for dinner Occidental union hotel. My sister even got married in the redwood grove out in occidental, California and had her reception at Occidental Union Hotel (P.S. There food is unreal try the bruschetta you will not be disappointed). So you can say I love this town a lot. It was lightly sprinkling but had some beautiful diffused light on the day of this session. When Graciela and I brainstormed about locations we talked about a lot. Then this one came to mind and it was perfect. We shot a little bit in the town and forest. I even had them eat some vegan chocolate peanut butter cups for me. (I tired them and man they are good. I will link them here: Justin’s mini dark chocolate cups). Graciela brought her adorable puppy that I just adore. (Side note everyone needs to bring a puppy to their shot. They are so much fun and I love them so much!). I hope you love this Occidental couples session as much as I did!
