This session was a dream come true. One of my lifelong goals has been to travel to Iceland and to shoot a couple session there. I reached out to this amazing couple a couple months ago to do a styled couple session at the Seljavallalaug Pool. They immediately said yes and said they were down for anything. They drove a couple hours to meet me at this location, were down to climb mountains and even swim despite it was freezing outside. These two were naturals in front of the camera and their love for each other was evident with each picture I captured. This Iceland couple session is hopefully the first of many in my lifetime. I would love to go back to shoot elopements, weddings and more couple sessions like this in the future.

We met for the first time in early 2014 at our school but did not know each other that well. We had some mutual friends and that was it. After the summer break that same year we took a Spanish class together. There we got the chance to know each other and both found out that we liked each other. Soon after the Spanish classes started we started dating and fell very quickly in love.

Our first date was the day before my birthday. Viktor asked me if I had something planned for the evening and my answer was no. Viktor then asked me if I wanted to get an ice cream with him and I said yes. We went to a local ice cream store that still is our favorite today. That night at 12 pm Viktor kissed me and after that moment there was no turning back. At that moment we fell in love and hope that we will be together forever and ever!
