First of all this space is just amazing. Mission Loft is a space in San Francisco you can rent out for sessions and it is just a dream! I took a couple detail shots of the place so you can get a taste of this little slice of Heaven. Stephanie & Guil’s Mission Loft session was so much fun. We listened to music and had fun exploring each place in the house we could take the perfect shots. Stephanie is an amazing fashion blogger so she was just perfect for this session. The camera just loves her! Also, the amazing Olivia Garvin did her makeup and worked her magic on Stephanie. She is truly a gem and I love having her on my team!

So it all started with my friend, now sister-in-law, playing cupid. She very cleverly invited me over to her apartment one day her older brother, Guil, « happened » to be there. Little did I know, I would be meeting my future husband for the first time that night. Guil added me on Facebook the following day where we proceeded to chat. We went on our first date not long after, which was… well, not really what you would expect of a first date, to say the least.

The restaurant he had planned to take me to was, unfortunately, closed, so we went on to look for another one that could seat us. We were both starving at this point and, after searching for what seemed an eternity, the only place that happened to be open was a fast food joint. We had burgers and fries on our first date, which is probably the most un-romantic meal you can think of, but you can’t go wrong with fries, right? We then walked over to the most lively bar which had incredible Jazz musicians playing all night. We had (very fancy) 5$ beers and it could not have been more perfect. We happened to see each other every single day after that and the rest is history. After barely four months of dating, we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and eight months later, we were engaged! We have now been happily married for over 3 years, adopted a cat and cannot wait to start a family of our own.
