This is my first ever top 25 pictures of the year post and I am so excited to share them with you. This year has been amazing to say the least. I have traveled to Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Tahoe, Half Moon Bay, Huntington Beach, Moab, Nashville and New York. This year I have explored new national parks and pushed myself to hike a little farther than last year. This year I have pushed myself as an artist to be more creative. This year I told myself never to be scared of going out of my comfort zone for that is when I grow as an artist. This year I failed at times and learned how to suck it up and deal with the hardships of owning your own business. This year I succeeded and was blown away by how many ideal clients I was able to photograph. This year I ate way too many animal fries from In-N-Out and binged on Netflix shows like Stranger Things and Gilmore Girls. This year has been a year of growing as an artist, person and business owner. I am excited for what 2017 brings me!

In 2017 I hope to travel to new places, explore more national parks, be fully booked for the year and eat less French fries (who am I kidding I will never be able to do this). I am planning to go to Yosemite, Mexico, Joshua Tree, Tahoe and Iceland this year. This year I plan to enjoy each sunset and dance a little bit more. This year I plan to read a couple good books and take naps daily. This year I plan to push myself to do a 5k and to start making my own smoothies at home. This year I plan to build more forts with my husband in our house and play board games for hours in our forts. This year will be another year to remember!
