This Iceland trip was at the top of my bucket list for years! Eli and I drove about 3 hours a day to each new location and hiked a couple miles a day. It was the most adventurous trip we have ever taken and it was by far the best trip we have ever been on. We had the best pizza on this trip and stayed at an amazing guesthouse with 3-course meals! The best moment from the trip was when we hiked under a waterfall despite it being cold and windy outside. We then realized it was the same waterfall, that Justin Bieber filmed his music video in so we then danced a little bit to recreate it. Yes, we are a little weird but hey everyone is weird right so we are relatable right? The best thing we discovered on this trip is that everyone makes homemade bread. We had amazing bread at gas stations, guest houses, hotels, and stands in the middle of nowhere! We love bread and are major foodies so this trip was made by discovering their amazing breads!!
